  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used vape products cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us immediately with your order number and details.
